Returns & Refunds
At RunaChic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned
- Swimwear and intimate apparel must have hygiene seals intact
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your RunaChic account
- Navigate to "Order History"
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label
- Package your return securely and attach the label

Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
